Our Policy Regarding Shipping, Delivery & Postage
All orders are sent from Melbourne, Australia to all Australian States / Territories, New Zealand, United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland.

We are able to ship worldwide! Customers from other countries are welcome to contact us, we will then add your country to our checkout system, usually within 24 hours.

Once payment for your order is received, your items will be packed and lodged for postage to your nominated shipping address. Order picking / packing is normally completed on Saturdays with postage lodgement on Monday each week, however during busy periods such as weekdays surrounding a public holiday, this may be extended to include more days per week.

All our shipping / delivery / postage is carried out by Australia Post. We offer two postage options for Australian Customers, Parcel Post and Express Post.

Free Regular Parcel Postage is offered to all Australian customers when purchasing more than $50.00AUD worth of products from our Online Store. For Express Postage after a $50.00AUD purchase, you can upgrade to this option for a discounted rate of $3.00AUD. Australian orders under $50.00AUD are sent at a small cost by either Parcel Post or Express Post (see below).

Parcel post is basically the same as regular postage, delivery times vary greatly depending on your location, at most postage via regular post can take up to 12 days at peak times (christmas / new years), but usually is around 3 to 5 working days. Regular post is provided to Australian customers for a flat rate of $6.00AUD.

Express post means your order will be sent usually by air mail within Australia, and the usual maximum delivery time for regional areas is 3 working days, with metro / capital city delivery being 1 to 2 working days. Express post is provided to Australian customers for a flat rate of $10.00AUD.

For New Zealand customers, we offer AusPost Pack and Track International service, an Air Mail service which provides you with tracking information for your package. Orders to New Zealand customers normally take between 3 and 10 working days. The cost of this postage service to New Zealand is a flat rate of $25.00AUD.

For customers in the United States of America and Canada, we send using Australia Post Air Mail which does not include tracking beyond proof of lodgement and has an expected delivery time of between 3 and 10 working days. The cost of this postage service to the USA and Canada is a flat rate of $25.00AUD.

We can not take responsibility for any damage or loss which may occur while your item is in transit, the products in your order are out of our control once they have been lodged with Australia Post for delivery.

We will always provide you with a shipping confirmation email when your order is sent. If you select the Express Post option or if your order is being sent to New Zealand, we will also provide you with a tracking number for your package.

Our online store does not offer the option of adding Extra Cover by Australia Post at this time, however if you would like to purchase extra cover at an additional cost ($2.00 per $100 order value within Australia, and $10.00 per $100 order value to New Zealand), please contact us after placing your order and let us know, as we will normally be able to arrange this.

Extra cover will cover the value of your order if the package is lost or significant damage occurs during transit. If extra cover becomes a popular request by customers, we may add this as an additional option in our online store.

We always pack orders as securely as possible, this often includes covering items in bubble wrap to protect them during their stage in transit.

Please take care when you receive your order from Australia Post, some of our items such as lures and hooks are very sharp, avoid ripping the parcel or satchel open, and carefully remove each item from the bubble wrap included inside the satchel, along with the packaging the products is contained within. The bubble wrap is added to prevent damage to your items during transit. Please also make sure you store the items in a secure location away from children.
