Local Pick-Up Option Process:

Our prices are low because we operate primarily online and do not have a shop-front, however provided you order and pay online we can arrange for you to collect your items from us in Keilor Downs. Before doing so however, please follow the below steps.

Contact us beforehand via live chat, email or phone (SMS and WhatsApp is fine) we can then provide you a code to use during checkout which will waive any postage costs.

After you checkout, we can give you a time-frame for when your order is ready, and call or sms you when your items are packed and ready for you to collect.

Note that same day pick-up is sometimes available, however if you definitely require this, it is best to make contact and get our response before ordering.

We do two postage runs a week, so normally if you wish to pick up, we can do this when we prepare our next lot of orders.
