With regular use your favourite lure hooks can sometimes weaken over time, the more fish you catch the more strain put on the treble hooks.
Replacing the treble hooks on your existing lures can be of huge benefit, especially with lures which have seen a lot of prior use.
Instead of trying to use the standard split rings already on the lure to replace hooks, these split rings will allow you to attach new treble hooks easily while they are off the lure.
You can then cut off the standard split rings already on the lure and feed these new rings on.
This saves a lot of time and keeps your lure hooks strong and ready for future fishing.
Also good if you wish to upsize or downsize to different treble hooks to get the right match for your favourite lure and target species.
